Does the logo disappear?
Yes. We have designed Screen Skinz to showcase your favorite team when your device is not in use, or the screen is turned off, and watch it disappear the instant you make the phone come to life.
Will Screen Skinz affect how I use my device?
Absolutely not! Show your passion when the screen is turned off and use it like normal, free of any distractions or changes in functionality, at all other times.

Is Screen Skinz compatible with Android phones?
Currently Screen Skinz is available for iPhone 11 and beyond, and Android devices will be added to the lineup soon.

How long does it take for me to get my Screen Skinz?
We ship the same day before 3:00 PM EST. Your Skinz are shipped by FedEx Ground 2-3 day.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Our main carrier is FedEx but other carriers may be utilized in times of high demand to ensure a quick delivery.
Warranty
What is covered in the lifetime warranty?
Screen Skinz are designed to protect your screen by resisting scratches, scuffs and drops - as we know some epic accidents happen. Register your screen protector with us after your initial purchase and throughout the life time of that device, your screen protector is covered with our warranty. We will replace your damaged screen protector or depending on you warranty level, we can swap out your screen for a different team!
How long does the Screen Skinz warranty last?
Our warranty is good for the lifetime of your device. And when you’re ready to upgrade so are we return to ScreenSkinz.com for all of the latest sizes and models.
If I lose my phone with my Screen Skinz on it, will I get a replacement?
Yes. Our goal is to keep you protected and rocking your favorite team, school, or characters. Simply show proof of purchase and we’ll take care of you.
Am I allowed to switch teams or brands when I get a replacement?
At this time your replacement Screen Skinz will be showcase the same team you were reppin’ on your original glass. But coming soon you can purchase a Screen Skinz Membership which will allow you the opportunity to swap teams, collect rewards, and more.
Do I need to return the damaged Screen Skinz product before I get my new Skinz?
Most likely no, but in some situations, we will request for product to be sent back so that we can do a root cause analysis and ensure we’re making improvements going forward.
